Heysil uses Australia Post for the majority of our orders. Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. The majority of our orders are shipped the following business day.
Postage costs (within Australia):
Apparel & footwear: Free
Provided you have not used your Unstrung/Uncustomised Racquet or clothing/accessory product and it's in exactly the same condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to refund your money as long as you return it to us within 30 days. We do not provide a refund on a racquet with customisation. Every racquet is measured, customised, inspected and packed carefully within Australia.
You must send the racquet/product back to us and postage is at your own cost.
A tennis racquet or product cannot be returned because you change your mind after playing with the racquet or using the product. Please contact our Master Racquet Technician before placing your order if you are unsure about your customisation.
Australian Consumer Law
You have rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet one or more of the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact Heysil.
